Ensuring that emergency alerts and live location data were transmitted instantly and accurately, even in areas with inconsistent network coverage, posed a challenge. We implemented optimized background location tracking and real-time push notification systems, ensuring critical alerts promptly reached nearby users.
Designing a user interface that is intuitive and quick to navigate under pressure posed a significant challenge. We focused on a minimalistic design with large, easy-access emergency buttons and a guided onboarding process to ensure users can activate alerts with a single tap.
Creating a connected user network while maintaining data privacy and app performance was crucial. We developed a robust backend infrastructure with encrypted data transmission and a scalable architecture for real-time user interactions with high personal safety.
